Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also contained in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling distinct sections of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight release.
